Just wondering what sort of side people would put out against salford. With us being at home i feel we can rest a few men and still come away with a win. My team would be something like:

Wardle
Leroy
Jerry
Grix
Brough
Crabtree
Robinson
Gilmour
Chan
Bruno
Lee

Lunt
Mason
Molloy
Walker (if fit) if not Faimu

Id rest the likes of o'donnell fa'alogo patrick as big men do need the rest.

If brown and murphy had of been fit then maybe of rested grix and Jerry or something like that but I would go with something like that

Is Fairbanks fit?
Would play him against Salford - plenty of a tackling will be required

I remember last time we 'rested' players cos we 'should' beat Salford .........we need to keep our momentum going and the best way to do that is with little or no disruption to a side thats just won !!

what is it on here with this sudden trend of wanting to 'rest' players ?
FFS we should play our best available team at all times in my opinion, players should be left out due to injury, illness or a dramatic loss of form over a period of games.

What kind of message will it send out to the players if this happens? it doesn't matter how well you played last time its your turn for a rest !!!

its 3 games in 8 days daz and its really hard as a battling prop. thats all im thinking. Dont want us buring out when it comes to playoffs

i know where your coming from but the rested players may not see it like that, it may affect confidence by getting dropped after playing well.

And we should NEVER underestimate any opposition and presume we will have enough to beat them with rested players !

O'Donnell and Faalogo should play. They have had enough rest this season with injuries. They need matches to get them fit and sharp.

well i expect some forwards will need a rest in one of them games and hull home and away i think some rotating forwards do need to be done in the salford game.

keep the backs and play makers as they are we know nearly all our forwards can do a job against anyone so some changes in there i dont feel will disrupt us to much aslong as its 1 or 2 changes

LOD and DFa should play as should Keith Mason my 17 would be

Eden, Gerry, Leroy, Wardle, George, Grix, Brough, Mason, Robbo, DFa, Gilly, Fairbank, LOD bench; Patrick, Lunt, Faiumu, Lawrence

Rest; Eorl, Chan, Lee,

Reasoning; Eorl and Chan deserve a rest, Lunt deserves and needs a game DFa and LOD need games Mase needs a game and bench players have only been playing a half game and the backs don't need a rest for me. Grix and the ball players need to play and cut out the mistakes made at Leeds. That side should beat Salford and in theory Hull should have a far more harder and draining game

I think there will be some rotation in the team this week but i think it will be minimum.

Thought Bobby F was still recovering from his wrist problem and Mace may face disciplinary charges. Lunt looked off the pace in the 20s.

Heard today that Murph Fergy Walker Tonks and Brown (!) may all be able to feature over Easter.



If players like Murph, Fergy and walker are used we are replacing quality with quality

Would be good to get them back. - especially obvious el capitan. I don't think he'll be back so soon with that injury - it really needs rest and more rest.
