I have been in the club shop today and yet again they were really helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Be fair and reasonable with them(don't go in screaming and shouting at them for example)and they are fair and reasonable with you. I really don't know where some of the posters on here get their complaints from,I have never had any problems in that shop,just friendly banter and help and advice. Well done all staff in the club shop.

Having never been in the club shop, the image I usually get from reading stuff on here is not dissimilar to this:

They do answer the phone I saw them do it myself today.

Am I missing something here or are they just doing their Job?
I have never had any problems with them as I treat them in a way they should be treated with respect. I am sure if you present yourself as a screaming uncompromising banshee then to be honest, what would you expect?
