Did anyone spot the new "official countdown clock" last night?
It was supposed to be in the West Stand, but from the South, I could see nothing.
Did anyone in the East Stand spot it?

| It broke my dads heart that there was no clock after being promised one at the fans forum 
He could hardly watch the game for looking and just grumbled throughout the game. He nearly bit my head off when i asked him how long was left.............."how do i know there was meant to be a clock but I don't see it"..........was his response.
Lenagan best get that clock up for next Friday or I don't think he'll stay for kick off. |

| I know the feeling.
I was so looking forward to actually knowing how long was left, and I thought that the clock was some sort of requirement now?
On top of that, I couldn't listen in to the ref's for some reason.
So I'm just glad that we actually won, otherwise it would have been a complete wash-out.  |

The new large clock was mounted on the West Stand on Friday with the sponsors logo "Anker" highly visible. Unfortunately the clock was mounted next to the DW sign and caused much embarrassment for Mr Whelan.

The league announced they will be at all non tv games. I imagine they aren't ready yet but will appear soon enough.

The RFL had hoped to be able to get clocks in for the season commencing but it has nor been possible to get them in at all non TV games this week. They expect to take delivery of clocks for all grounds in the next 7 - 10 days.
This friday vs Hull KR we will have use of the Sky Big Screen which will have a countdown clock as part of the display.
We will then have our own permanent countdown clock situated in the West Stand for the Catalans home game (26th February)
