Closer to home, and I suspect more involvement in the coaching side as well. Fair play to him, he's leaving us in a vastly improved position to what he's found us.
Key now is for us to keep the professionalism that he brought in. Chester acted as a good barrier between the coach and squad and the volatility/chaos/passion (whichever word suits your view) of the owner. We need somebody to come in and maintain that.
